Sofia Pernas grew in Orange County, California. Sofia Pernas is a Moroccan native - relocated to California in her early years when she was just five years old. The model, proficient in four different languages, is currently on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also appeared Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Between 2019 and the year 2020 Pernas was portrayed by Lexi Vaziri as part of Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas was engaged to Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. The relationship began following Chrishell Stause and This Is Us actress split in November 2018. In May 2021, news broke that Pernas Hartley had recently married in private.
