Anita Ekberg

Anita Ekberg, a Swedish actress and actor who resided in Sweden during the 1950s until 1970s. She was featured in a variety of European film as well as American ones. She is best known for playing the role of "La Dolce Vita," an action-comedy film. The film received an Oscar and a Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960, as well as highly acclaimed and critically acclaimed. She was born in Skane and began her career as a model before embarking on her acting career. Eventually, she won the Miss Sweden Contest. After her move to US she began acting in various films, acting in minor role. In the film 'Abbott & Costello go to Mars She was credited for her first character as an Venusian. Following her appearance in the film 'Blood Alley and 'Blood Alley,' she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for 'Most promising newcomer.' The actress was also featured in numerous other films over the course of her career. The most notable of these is the American-Italian War drama "War and Peace', the Western production "Valerie" and the British Adventure crime film 'The Man Within The Man Inside,' as well as The French and Italian dramatic The Dam on the Yellow River.
