Alice Glass

 Margaret Osborn, born 23 August 1988, is a Canadian musician and singer. She was the co-founder of Crystal Castles, and the former frontwoman of the group. In 2014, she started a solo career. Her debut EP, titled Prey//IV, was released in the year 2017. Prey//IV is her solo debut album. She was born Margaret Osborn 25 August 1988 in Toronto. She was raised Catholic and attended parochial schools up until junior high. She fled her home when she was 15 to form the punk group Fetus Fatale, and lived in a squat with other punks. Ethan Kath and she began to collaborate on the idea that would become Crystal Castles. In December 2003, Alice Glass fled her home and sought refuge in a squat neighborhood of punks whose name was Vicki Vale (after the comic book character). Then she formed an all-girl experimental punk group called Fetus Fatale. Their first release was "Alice Practice" the single from 2006. The song got the band their first contract with Merok Records in London. Crystal Castles also performed their first live show in Toronto at the Clinton's Tavern that year. Their debut album, "Alice Practice", later included the track.
