  Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born on April 30 1991) is also known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper from the United States. Scott is also a singer, songwriter, record producer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is a tribute to the name of his favorite uncle, paired with the first name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April of 2013, Scott signed joint-recording contracts with Epic and T.I. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit track "Antidote". His follow-up album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott came out with the release of a joint album, Huncho Jack Huncho, which was released under the title Huncho Jack. The third studio album Astroworld was also released to acclaim from critics. The album produced the debut Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. His single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott was the first artist to be ranked the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than a year.
